Is it possible to send multiple Letterbox gifts?

Yes, it's absolutely possible!

Do you have a corporate/business gift service?

My Little Panda allows you to send gifts to employees, affiliates, and clients—all with a personal touch! We will help you at every step of the way to ensure an excellent experience.

Can I decide the delivery date and time of my letterbox gifts?

You can choose any delivery date you like.

Nevertheless, we strongly advise you to choose the date a few days before your desired delivery date to ensure the gift reaches the recipient on time. Keep in mind that we cannot ship gifts over the weekend. Thus, if you request a Sunday, we will deliver on Saturday.

Moreover, we use the Royal Mail service for delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery at any specific time.

Can I add a personal message to my gift?

Yes, you can add any message you want to your gift. Your message will be handwritten on a sustainable kraft paper gift card.

Do you use the drop shipping method?

All products on My Little Panda store are in stock at our London facility. In addition, we have in-house machinery for cutlery engraving.

Having the items in stock allows us to deliver them to you as soon as possible.

How do you wrap the gifts?

We hand-wrap all the gifts in sustainable packaging to decrease their size and post them in our kraft double-wall envelopes.

Do you put the invoice inside the package?

We do not put any payment invoice inside the package when it's delivered. The only invoice we send is the confirmation email you get after placing your order. For corporate orders, you can request a VAT invoice by emailing us at hello@mylittlepanda.co.uk.

How do you ship products?

We ship packages in double-wall kraft envelopes. This means that all the products we send out are secured and ready to survive anything that the delivery network (and the weather) throws at them.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. All orders outside the UK are processed by one of our resellers in the respective country.
