How to send a gift directly to a recipient of your choice?

When you check out, provide the recipient's delivery address, and we'll take care of the rest.
Can I send multiple gifts in one package?
Absolutely! Simply select the option in the product card once per order, and add as many items as you'd like to your shopping basket before checking out. This saves you both time and money.
Can I Order LetterboxGifts in Bulk?
Yes, you can. For bulk delivery, you can contact our specialists at hello@mylittlepanda.co.uk, or on the phone at 0203 961 7985.
Can I Decide the Delivery Date andTime?
Yes. You can decide whatever date and time. However, we strongly advise you to order a few days before desired delivery date. This will ensure your gift reaches the recipient/s on time.
Please note that we don’t ship products over the weekend. If you request delivery on a Sunday, it will be delivered on a Saturday instead.
We also use the Royal Mail Service to deliver packages. Hence, we can’t guarantee to deliver at a specific time.
How Do I Pay?
We allow three major payment options include Shop Pay, PayPal, and G Pay.
How Can I Add a Personal Message to the Gifts?
Absolutely! Once you choose the "Send it" option in product card, a box will open for you to enter your personalized message. We'll include your message with the gift hand written, making it even more special for your loved one.
Do You Do Drop Shipping?
We have our products stocked at the London facility. We also have in-house machinery for engraving.
How are the Gifts Wrapped?
At My Little Panda, we believe that every gift should not only be thoughtful but also sustainable. That's why we hand-wrap each gift in origami paper, making each one unique and beautiful. But we don't stop there - we also use double-wall kraft envelopes to ensure that your package is delivered securely and can fit through a letterbox. This not only saves you time and money but also shows that we care about the environment. So, even if the recipient is not available to receive the gift, it will still be delivered safely.
Do You Offer International Shipping?
Absolutely! We calculate shipping costs at checkout, making it easy for you to see the total cost upfront. And for international shipments, if your order exceeds £25.00, we offer free shipping as our way of saying thank you for choosing sustainable gifting.
