mylittlepanda.co.uk uses several different shipping methods to best serve our Members. More than one shipping method is available for certain items. Please be aware that not all shipping methods are available for all items.* By clicking on the "Change" button in the "Shipping Methods" section of the "Final Order Review" page, you will be able to see a list of available shipping options. If a certain shipping method is not displayed, we regret that it is not available for that item.
If you are concerned as to the estimated amount of time your order will take to arrive, we have just the answer for you! Before your order is shipped, it must be processed. We ask that you allow 1-2 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for processing. This gives us time to make sure your items are picked and packed with care!
All domestic orders are shipped and delivered via UPS. Orders that use Standard Shipping are estimated to arrive within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after being shipped.
EU Orders are estimated to be delivered within 2 - 3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after being shipped. Worldwide orders 5-7 working days.
International shipping times vary dramatically depending on what country you are in. Every country handles imported packages and customs differently, so please be aware of these practices before placing your order.

Despatched: You'll receive an email confirming despatch. Depending on our chosen carrier, you may receive a separate email from us that will detail how to track your order when it has left the warehouse. In the case of products such as furniture where there is a long lead time, "Despatched" means that you've been charged for your order, and you'll be notified of delivery separately.
If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.
Unless faulty, this should be within 15 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we'd expect this to mean that you've kept packaging and labels and that the item is unused and undamaged. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
You can make your return via post, it can take up to 14 days from your returning the item(s) to receiving your refund.
We’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. This includes items purchased during Clearance.
