What Does BRC Certification Mean?
  • - British Retail Consortium
  • - The BRC publishes standards for best practices for the food and manufacturing industries.
  • - Publishes the On-Pack recycling standards for the UK.

  • - FSC means Forest Stewardship Council.
  • - An international non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting responsible forestry.
  • - Promotes sustainability on wood and bamboo products.
  • - We aim for FSC certification on all of our products.
What Are Your Products Made Of?
  • - All of our products are made from sustainably sourced materials.
  • - Most of our items are 100% organic, biodegradable and naturally sourced bamboo.
  • - Reusable and chemical free.
  • - We use or recyclable craft paper for packaging and delivery
Where Are Your Products Made?
  • - Handmade by a family business in Vietnam. Council.
  • - We ask all of our manufacturers how they handle raw material control.
  • - We request a video of the working conditions from our suppliers to see the production process and working conditions.
  • - We don’t work with suppliers if not satisfied with what we see.
Designed and Assembled in the UK
  • - Designed by students that are studying Product and Industrial Design. If the product goes to production, they are awarded £500
  • - Design objective: no plastic or chemicals.
  • - Contact us about designing our next product.
  • - Assembled by OAPs, stay-at-home parents and less mobile people.
  • - Delivered to their door for ease.
What Is The Minimum Order Quantity?
  • - We have a low minimum order threshold, get in touch so we can quote depending on your needs and location.
  • - Contact us directly to discuss pricing and discounts.
  • - We request a video of the working conditions from our suppliers to see the production process and working conditions.
  • - You can order from our whole supplier, LBS for discounted prices without a minimum order.
Can I Get Products For Testing?
  • - We do send out test products to those with a genuine interest in purchasing from us. However, any products sent out will then be deducted from your first wholesale order.
  • - Design objective: no plastic or chemicals.
  • - We offer video training and explanations on all of our products as a complementary or alternative service to test products.
What Is Your Environmental Footprint?
“A defra study concludes that two tonnes of freight carried for 5,000km by a small container ship creates 150kg of CO2e (a measure of global warming potential) compared to 6,605kg of CO2e if the freight is carried by plane for the same distance. A clear difference.”
  • - We aim to keep our environmental impact to a minimum in everything we do.
  • - Our items are shipped to us via sea freighter, producing 80% less carbon than air delivery.
How Can I Stay Up To Date On New Designs and Upcoming Products?
  • - Check our ‘upcoming’ blog from time to time for regular blogs on new products and their benefits.
  • - Email us about items you see on the blog for pre-orders.
Can I Cancel My Order?
  • - We try to send out products by 2.30pm on the day of order. Orders can be cancelled on the same day before then.
  • - 14 day return period.
  • - Return all products sealed in original packaging and unused.
  • - Provide proof of purchase with your returns.
  • - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • - We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • - If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
The following products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):
  • - Products you received over 14 days ago.
  • - Products that have been opened or unsealed.
  • - Products without original packaging or labels.
  • - Products or packaging in poor condition.
  • - Where a product has been personalised for you.
  • - Perishable goods that contain food products.
