Materials and colours
Bamboo is durable but also lightweight. It grows 2 metres per year without replanting.
Hemp cotton only uses 1/20 of the water used to grow and process regular cotton.
Natural colour dyes are safer for the skin and creates beautiful colours.
Cotton is a soft, fluffy staple fiber that grows in a boll.
Sisal is a flowering plant and yields a stiff fibre.
We use 80% hemp and 20% cotton. Hemp is far more sustainable than cotton, but you get a softer and more flexible material that extends the pouch life by combining the two.
The eco-friendly cutlery set is designed to be sturdy, so it doesn't break easily. It is made of bamboo, guaranteeing high strength and can last for years with little or no degradation.
We use natural dyes which are completely biodegradable, safer for the skin and easy on the earth. Natural dyes create beautiful colours with no additional resources needed.
My Little Panda Bamboo cutlery is made from a single bamboo. There are no sealants or glues, and it will not contaminate food nor harm the environment once it has been composed.
