FAQ

Can I choose when to send my gift(s)?

You can choose any delivery date you wish, including a later day. We recommend selecting the date before the day you want the gift to arrive to ensure it comes on time. Gifts cannot be shipped using the My Little Panda service during the weekend. If a Sunday is requested, we will deliver on Saturday. Also, as we rely on the Royal Mail service for delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery at any particular time.

Is it possible to customize a gift message?

Yes, you can leave any message you would like. It will be hand-written on our sustainable kraft paper gift card, as the example above. Add a product to the shopping basket, tap the cart icon (top right). A box is there to enter a message or request a specific delivery date. .

Are My Little Panda items drop shipped?

All products on My Little Panda store are in stock in our London office, and we produce the cutlery engraving in house. Having the items in stock ensure they will reach you as soon as possible, with our gift-wrapping card attached.

How do you wrap the gifts?

All gifts are hand-wrapped in sustainable origami packaging to reduce their size.

How do you ship the items?

We ship all gifts in our double-wall expandable kraft envelopes, small enough to fit even small post boxes. Plus, they are well protected and ready to survive anything that the delivery network (and the weather) can throw at them.
